It's full of lots of energy and fibre, keeps you active especially during long days at University =P

Pancakes

PANCAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKESSS!!! YUM!

What a quick and easy breakfast before heading of to university, especially on a cold and loooooooong day.

Recipe:

The ONE - ONE Recipe.

ONE Cup - Self Raising flour

ONE tsp - salt

ONE tbsp - sugar

ONE - egg

Method:

Mix up all the ingredients, you could use a whisk or even a wooden spoon :) 

Then in a pan with small amount of butter, pour in the mixture and cook, and flip on both sides until golden brown :) - there you have your pancakes.

Eat with a toppings of your choice, i'd go for Nutella ;)
